TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 3/13/26This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay the full amount upfront before work begins.
Work will not start until payment has been received.2. Customer agrees to pay the full amount upfront for commissions $100 or under.For commissions over $100, customer must pay 50% upfront. The remaining 50% must be paid after the sketch is approved.3. Payments are accepted via PayPal4. Work will not begin until the required upfront payment has been received.5. Some commission types may require full upfront payment instead of split payment. The client will be informed before work begins.PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. The finished artwork will be delivered digitally after full payment is received.7. Files will be sent via Discord or email8. It is the client’s responsibility to download and properly store the delivered file. I am not responsible for lost files after delivery and cannot guarantee that backups will always be available.REVISIONS9. Clients are allowed 2 revisions during the sketch phase.
10. Minor edits (such as small color or detail adjustments) may be requested after completion. Major changes after the sketch phase may require an additional fee.CURRENCY
11. All prices are listed in USD.12. Any currency conversion or payment processing fees are the responsibility of the client.REFUND POLICY13. Clients may request a full refund if I have not started the commission.
14. If the commission is cancelled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.15. No refunds will be given after the artwork is finished.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
16. Commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed beforehand.17. The artwork may not be resold, used for merchandise, or used for commercial purposes without permission.18. Artwork may not be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, or AI training datasets.CANCELLATIONS
19. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time. If a commission is cancelled by me, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the progress made.20. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation and refusal of future commissions.Credit must be given when reposting the artwork.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my portfolio or social media unless the client requests otherwise.
